How to use?
You can use our health mix as drink or porridge as below
Health Drink:
- Take 1-2 teaspoon(s) (15g) of health mix into a bowl.
- Mix to a smooth paste with a little water, then pour in 200ml of milk/water.
- Cook on medium flame for 3-5 minutes.
- Add jaggery/Naatu sakkarai to taste, stir well and enjoy its soulful taste.
Health Porridge:
- Mix 2 or 3 spoonful health mix with 200ml water
- Cook on medium flame for 3-5 minutes.
- Add salt/Naatu sakkarai and ghee to taste. Enjoy warm.
