Multi Millet Flour, Whole wheat flour, Cluster bean flour, Salt
Masala
Spice powder, Pepper powder, Chilli powder, Salt
Additional information
How to make?
- Boil 1 litre water with a spoon of oil and salt
- Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes
- Drain the water and keep aside, rinse with cool water so that it does not stick
- Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil and 1tbsp butter (or) 4 tsp oil
- Add 3 chopped garlic and sauté
- Add 1 big onion, 1 cup of vegetables of choice, saute in high flame
- Add homemade masala (optionally sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce)
- Saute for a minute and add boiled noodles to the vegetable mixture and mix well so that masala coats well with noodles.
Serve it hot and indulge in the nutritional, delicious, guilt-free and all-time favorite noodles
