<p>Three years ago, I set out on my journey to find the best most nutritious instant food for my grandchildren and was shocked to find the leading health and malted drinks were predominantly made of rice powder. Unwilling to compromise in the quality of food for my children i started formulating my own receipe of health mix based on our age old family receipe made of home sprouted pulses, millets and cereals which are washed, sprouted and roasted seperately by hand.It was challenging to create a formula that is not only highly nutritious but also tempting for the taste buds of fussy eaters.
